# I can approve/reject (validate) purchases or sales

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to approve or reject orders in the sales or purchases page.

**Step 1:** Navigate to the sales page or the Purchases (Trading) page.

**Step 2:** Look for the validated column. This column displays the approval status of each order.

**Step 3:** Select the order to work on.

**Step 4:** Click on the **approve** option.

**Step 5:** Confirm the approval by clicking on **confirm**.

**Step 6:** The order should now be approved and the related documents should be available in the doc center.

## Rejecting an Order

**Step 1:** To reject an order, click on the **reject** option.

**Step 2:** Confirm the rejection by clicking on **confirm**.

The status of the order will be updated and the the doc center tab will be removed.

## Bulk Method

**Step 1:** Go to the main page and select the multiple orders to work on.

**Step 2:** Choose to either approve or reject the order.
