# I can attach documents to external communications

  

This feature is available from

*   "Purchase" page
    
*   "Sale" page
    
*   "Trucks/Containers" page for one or multiple elements
    
*   "Shipments" page for one or multiple elements

### 1. [Go to Jules AI](https://demo.haroldwaste.com/shipments-follow-up)

  

### 2. In the "Shipments" page, select one or multiple elements

  

This feature is available from

*   "Purchase" page
    
*   "Sale" page
    
*   "Trucks/Containers" page for one or multiple elements
    
*   "Shipments" page for one or multiple elements

### 3. And click on "Send an email"

### 4. Click on "Attach docs (from the app)"

### 5. You can select documents generated in the app

### 6. And documents that you uploaded in the app

  

Those documents have a green "Upload" icon

### 7. Then click on "Attach"

### 8. You can also attach files from your desktop by clicking on "Attach files (from desktop)"

### 9. Select files or draft them in the card

### 10. You can then rename it

### 11. Then click on "Attach"
