I can attach documents to external communications

This feature is available from

• "Purchase" page
• "Sale" page
• "Trucks/Containers" page for one or multiple elements
• "Shipments" page for one or multiple elements

1. Go to Jules AI

2. In the "Shipments" page, select one or multiple elements

This feature is available from

• "Purchase" page
• "Sale" page
• "Trucks/Containers" page for one or multiple elements
• "Shipments" page for one or multiple elements

3. And click on "Send an email"

4. Click on "Attach docs (from the app)"

5. You can select documents generated in the app

6. And documents that you uploaded in the app

Those documents have a green "Upload" icon

7. Then click on "Attach"

8. You can also attach files from your desktop by clicking on "Attach files (from desktop)"

9. Select files or draft them in the card

10. You can then rename it

11. Then click on "Attach"
