# I can create charter party contract

**Step 1:** Navigate to the Logistics Module and open the **Shipments** page.

**Step 2:** Select the Shipment to work on.

**Step 3:** Proceed to the **Holds** tab.

**Step 4:** Choose the hold to work on and click on the **Logistics info**.

**Step 5:** Enter the **Charter party info** section.

**Step 6:** Fill in booking, party, and vessel details and then click "Next"

**Step 7:** Provide the Cargo Description and then click "Next"

**Step 8:** Fill in the **Loading Port** information, and then click "Next"

**Step 9:** Fill in the **Destination port** information, and finally click "Save".
