# I can create Nomination request for Charter Party

In this article, you'll learn how to generate a Charter Party nomination request. Follow these steps to complete the process efficiently.

**Step 1:** Open your purchase and navigate to the **Holds** tab.

**Step 2:** Select the hold, click on **Logistics Info**, and then click on **Nomination Request**.

**Step 3:** Fill in the required fields, such as your request type, and assign an admin internally.

**Step 4:** Click on **Next** and enter your port of loading, first day, First Lady, Last Lady, and comments. You can also add multiple ports of loading. Then, enter your port of discharge, discharge rate, and comments.

**Step 5:** Click on **Save** to record your Booking Nomination request. Access the **Bookings** page and go to the **Charter Party** tab, where you'll find your booking with the status as requested.
