# I can extract data

  

The extract data feature is available in the following pages

*   "Purchases" page
    
*   "Sales" page
    
*   "Trucks/Containers" page
    
*   "Shipments" page
    
*   "Shipment tracking" page

### 2. You can, for instance, access this feature in the Purchase page

### 3. Before making the extract, apply all the filters you need. Your extract will be reflecting these filters applied

### 4. Once you have finished filtering, click on "Extract"

### 5. Select the extract format (.XLSX or .CSV) and click on "Download"
