# I can generate a booking request

This article guides you through the process of generating booking requests for loads in Jules.

**Step 1:** Begin by navigating to the **Purchase** page.

**Step 2:** From here, switch to the **Loads** tab.

**Step 3:** Choose a load.

**Step 4:** Click on **Logistics Information**.

**Step 5:** Next, click on **Booking Request**.

**Step 6:** Remember, the **Number of Loads** field is mandatory. It's already filled based on the load you've chosen. But, if you're looking to allocate more loads to the same booking, increase the number of loads.

**Step 7:** Choose the load type.

**Step 8:** Decide the progress of the booking request. In this case, choose **Freight Quote Requested**.

**Step 9:** Fill in the **Port of Delivery**.

**Step 10:** Fill in the **Requested Ship Date** or the ETD.

**Step 11:** Choose an **Admin Rep**.

**Step 12:** After entering all the details, click on **Save**. Your booking request is now created.

To confirm, navigate to the **Bookings** page.

You'll notice that the booking request has been successfully created.

Alternatively, generate a booking request by clicking on the dropdown

and choosing **Add a Booking Request**. You're also able to generate booking requests for loads from the **Shipments** page by navigating to the **Loads** tab within a shipment and choosing a load from there.

And that's the process of generating booking requests for loads in Jules.
