# I can generate and send a sales order

This tutorial outlines the process of generating and sharing a sales order using the sales module.

**Step 1:** Navigate to the sales module and open the **sales page**.

**Step 2:** Choose the order to generate.

**Step 3:** Open the **document center** tab and locate the sales order row.

**Step 4:** Click on **Edit**.

**Step 5:** Fill in all necessary details.

**Step 6:** Click on **Generate and Download** to create the sales order.

## Sharing the Sales Order

**Step 1:** To share the sales order, click on **Notify**.

**Step 2:** Navigate to **External Communication**.

**Step 2:** Select the recipients.

**Step 3:** Choose a template.

**Step 4:** Click on **Attach Docs** from the app.

**Step 5:** Attach the generated sales order and click on "Attach"
