# I can generate shipping documents

**Step 1:** Navigate to the shipments page in the logistics module.

**Step 2:** Select the shipment to work on.

**Step 3:** Open the document section.

Here, view all the documents available for generation.

**Step 4:** Click on **edit**.

**Step 5:** Fill in all the necessary details.

**Step 6:** Click on **generate and download**.

The document downloads to your computer and generates in the system.

## Alternative Method

**Step 1:** Click directly on **generate**.

This action also results in the document being generated and downloaded.
