# I can preview documents before attaching them to external communications

### 1. [Go to Jules AI](https://demo.haroldwaste.com/purchase/manage/4321)

  

### 2. Go inside an operation (purchase or sale) and click on the paper plane icon "Send"

  

This applies as well in the Containers/Trucks page or in the Shipment page after having selected multiple elements

### 3. Click on "External comm."

### 4. Then click on "Attach docs (from the app)"

### 5. For any document, click on "Preview" in order to open the document in a new tab and preview it

### 6. Then after having previewed it, you can attach it to your email
