1. Go to Jules AI

2. Go in the Purchase or Sale page and then select the order for which you want to initiate external communication

You can select purchase or sale order. It works also for containers and shipments, from their respective pages

3. Click on "Notify" on top right

4. Click on "External comm."

5. Compose your email

User can select from templates, add attachments from the app or from desktop

6. Click on "Select a template" to choose from your email templates 

7. Select email template

Templates can be added as per user requirement

8. Click on "Attach docs (from the app)" to add docs from the software 

9. Select the documents and click "Attach"

10. Click on "Attach files (from desktop)" to add files from your system

11. Select file, add a name and click "Attach"

12. There are alternative ways for sending external emails - Go to the "Logistics" menu and click on 

"Trucks/Containers"

13. Select the container(s) or truck(s) concerned

14. Click on "Send an email option" on the right

15. Alternatively, you can go to "Shipments" in "Logistics" menu

16. Select the shipment(s) concerned

17. Click on "Send an email" option on the right

18. Hit "Send"
