I can set up default documents for a company
In this article, you'll learn how to set required documents for a new company and how this feature enhances your tracking process.
Step 1: Start by setting the required documents for a new company.
Step 2: Select the necessary documents while adding a new company. Alternatively, click on Edit and choose the required documents, such as BL shipping instructions.
Step 3: Specify the quantity for each document and save this information. When you create an order in joules with the same client, the system automatically pre-fills the required documents. You're free to update the quantity at this stage.
Step 4: Add more documents from the section as needed. When you create a Shipment, all the documents you've set for that sale appear as a document stepper.
Step 5: Open the shipment and access the Doc center. The document you've set will be marked as required, improving your tracking process.
