Manipulating data in Jules

In Jules, you can use different tools to leverage your data, such as Search bar, Filters, Sorting, Grouping and also editing the table columns and their orders.


On each base you will access part or all of these tools.

1. Go to Jules AI



2. Type your query in the search bar and wait until it gets loaded



In the search bar you will see a placeholder to see what criteria you can type





3. Click on any filter and make your selection



In Jules AI, you have 3 main filters and then other filters (in "Others")





4. Click on "Others" to find the other filters





5. After having applied your other filters, click on "Apply"





6. To clear your other filters, go back to "Others"





7. Then click on "Clear filter(s)"





8. And then click on "Apply" to confirm your filter clearing





9. You can group lines by clicking on "Group by"





10. Then select your criteria



To remove the grouping, click again on "Group by" and select "None"





11. Once a grouping is applied, you can expand rows by clicking on the chevron icon





12. You can also "Collapse all" or "Expand all"





13. Click on "Sort by" to select a sorting criteria



To remove the sorting, click again on "Sort by" and select "None"





14. You can also customize table columns by clicking on this icon





15. Here, select or unselect the columns you want



You can also search them via the search bar





16. You can re-order the columns with drag and drop. Then click on "Save" to save your changes





17. In some tables, we offer the option to "Resize" in order to extend the size of the table and display more rows





18. Last by not least, you can access pre-define "Views"



A view is composed of: filters, grouping, sorting, table column customization





19. Select the view you want to apply
